6 Day Portrait Painting in Oil Workshop

Jeff Watts will teach a 6 day intensive workshop on painting the head in oil. This workshop will be held at Watts Atelier of the Arts.

Class runs from 10am to 5:30pm each day. An additional life painting workshop will be available from 7pm-10pm. All works will be done from life.

This workshop will focus on painting the portrait in oil. We will cover the three primary color palettes and explore them through various forms of study, such as long pose painting, 3 hour gestures and 40 minute gestures.

Materials

The only material that will be provided are easels and solvent (Gamsol). Surfaces, paints, palette, brushes, mediums, and any additional tools must be provided by you.

Refunds Policy:

All purchases are non-refundable. The only instance in which a refund can be provided for a workshop is if we can find another person to take your spot. For this reason, all purchases of workshops will be deemed non-refundable as we cannot guarantee that someone will be able to fill the spot. Only purchase this workshop if you are 100% committed to attending.
